Workshop - Repair Seals
At Tekhniseal Ltd we have a fully operational workshop, where we recondition all types of mechanical seals if the condition allows giving the mechanical seal or component a second life. We offer this expert recondition service on all types of seals whether a Single Spring, Wave spring, Multi Spring seal or cartridge to name a few.
To expedite a speedy repair of mechanical seal, we manufacture in-house Carbons, Bronze, Stainless Steel and PTFE. Harder faced materials are also available ie Silicon Carbide and Tungsten Carbide.
Tekhniseal also offers a lapping service; we have the facility to lap from very small diameters up to 550mm (22") Diameter.
In most cases we can also offer a Same Day Turnaround Service.
